For safe and efficient use of the GBH hose, please observe the following precautions for use.
The company is committed to providing customers with perfect quality, excellent and stable quality hose. However, in order to ensure long-term use, please pay attention to the following items while using. In the event of loss due to failure to comply with the precautions, the Company will not be liable for such loss. Its responsibility. If you have any questions, please consult your dealer or call us.
I. The precautions before using the hose
1. The performance and durability of the hose is extremely susceptible to ambient temperature, fluid temperature, fluid material, please choose according to temperature, fluid.
2. Please store in a cool, ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight or long-term storage in damp places. Pay attention to the “First-in-first-use”.
3. Due to the special nature of the fluid (drug, pharmaceutical, acid, alkali, oil, paint) used, the material of the hose may be hardened and expanded rapidly. Therefore, avoid using the hose at the maximum use limit. For the transportation of highly toxic drugs, high concentrations of acid, alkali and other fluids, please consult the company beforehand to avoid accidents.
II. the precautions in the use of the hose
1. Using at the minimum bending radius will reduce the performance of the hose and shorten its service life. Therefore, please use it above the minimum bending radius. If the minimum bending radius of the hose is not listed in the manual, please consult us.
2. When assembling the hose, please be careful not to bend excessively near the connection fitting to avoid early damage.
3. The hose will expand or contract under the action of internal pressure. Please pay attention to assembling hose with sufficient length.
4. When using the hose, be careful to avoid impact, crushing, running over by the vehicle or heavy objects. If in contact with metal, sharp corners, corners or other hard edges of the wall, please use cushioning materials to protect the appliance from damage during dragging, bending and vibration.
5. When using a machine with vibration or shock, do not use it at the upper limit of working pressure. Keep away from or separate the location where the machine is hot.
6. Please take care to avoid damage to the hose. (if using a tool to unpack)
7. When cutting the wire hose, be careful not to get hurt by the incision wire.
III. precautions when assembling and connecting
1. When connecting the threaded joint, do not apply grease or heat with the threaded joint of the hose. Please heat the hose with a little warm water before assembling.
2. Please use the fitting which is suitable for the hose diameter, cut the incision and try to make the hose fully inserted. Be careful not to use products with burrs, scratches and rust, because this is one of the main causes of hose rupture and detachment.
3. Please use a hose clamp which is suitable for the hose and must not to use products with burrs, scratches and rust. Otherwise it will cause the hose to rupture and detach.
4. Avoid using the wire instead of the hose clamp to tighten the hose excessively. Do not use a hammer or similar hard object to violently hit the hose clamp.
5. Do not use the jacket type PU pipe quick connector (saving force quick connector) for Braided hose, otherwise it will cause the hose to be detached and burst.

IV. Inspection items
1. When daily using, be sure to check the appearance of the hose to observe any abnormalities such as trauma, hardening, softening, and discoloration.
2 If any of the following phenomena occur during the inspection, please terminate the use immediately and replace with a new one:
There is partly elongation, expansion or bending near the metal joint.
There are external injuries, cracks, and water enters the reinforcement layer (braided mesh and steel wire in the middle of hose).
The inner and outer layers are separated.
other significant changes, such as hardening, swelling, flattening, and rupture.
V. Safekeeping
1. After use, please remove the water and other residues from the hose and store it in a place that is not easily exposed to direct sunlight and is well ventilated.
